On the way home I always pass by Chennai Trade Centre - Mount Poonamalee High Road and have noticed this restaurant with Orange board & Chicken picture - Chicky\'s ZFC Family Restaurant. Finally decided to drop in & it was past lunch time. I was the only one at the place - nothing fancy; usual run of the mill pretentious Fried Chicken - Fast Food Joints. They have Sandwiches, Wraps, Fried Chicken & Pizzas + numerous Combo Offers, Drinks, Milk Shakes on the Menu. Asked if I can order Grilled Chicken+Kebabs now and they informed it\'s only after 7pm; also serve Chicken Shawarmas too. So decided to go with their 1 Person Combo for Rs 189/- 2 ZFC Fried Chicken Pieces + Nuggets + Canned Drink + French Fries. Waited for about 15 mins for my order to come & on the plate was tissue paper dripping in oil from the Fried Chicken Pieces - I think I got a Wing & Thigh; small portion sizes compared to the big players in the market. It tasted alright - nothing great as it was hot plus oozing in oil. Along with combo I got 4 nugget pieces & they tasted alright. I liked the French Fries & canned drink was Pepsi Rs 15/- Can. I was billed exact amount ; no other extra costs. Need to visit again in the evening to check out the other Chicken options in the menu. They also do Home Delivery & have some Discounts in place for Repeat Customers.
