Ingredients

Ingredients :- 250 gms Paneer cut in cubes 1 bunch spring onions 8 pods garlic chopped and semi crushed ½ Capsicum cut in cubes 2 green chillies finely chopped Oil to shallow fry 1 tablespoon cornflour 2 tablespoon all purpose flour/Maida ½ teaspoon black pepper powder 1 tablespoon soya sauce 1 tablespoon tomato sauce ½ tablespoon vinegar 2 teaspoon fresh red chilly paste (soak in warm water for twenty minutes and paste in mixie ) Pinch of sugar 2 tablespoon sesame oil To glaze 1 tablespoon cornflour and half cup water mix well and keep aside

Method

First coat the paneer with cornflour and maida mix and keep it in fridge for fifteen minutes Heat oil in a wok and shallow fry till it crisps on the outside and remains soft on the inside maybe for three minutes app. In another pan put 2 tablespoon sesame oil on high flame add garlic – green chillies –spring onion whites and sauté for 2 minutes Now add capsicum and sauté for another 3 minutes Now add the paneer and mix well add salt to taste(keep it low as you are adding all the sauces that has salt as well) and some black pepper and combine well Add the sauces mix then add the cornflour to glaze it followed by a pinch of sugar mix and switch off the gas Garnish with spring onion greens Serve this hot with Noodles or fried rice or even just as a starter Enjoy
