4-5 Red or Yellow Cashew Apple - fully ripen Juice of 2 lemons 5-6 tbsp sugar - according to your need 5 cup water


Wash cashew apples and squeeze the fruits in a large vessel with your hands. Squeeze out the juice completely. Keep this juice in refrigerator for 30 mins. Remove from the fridge after 30 mins. Solid substance will be formed at the bottom. Filter the juice to remove those substance. Heat sugar and water in a pan. Once sugar is completely dissolved, remove from the heat and allow to cool. Mix the juice with sugar syrup and keep in refrigerator for another 30 mins or 1 hour. Filter the juice again to remove those substance and serve chilled.
