This workshop is scheduled on 27th September 2014 between 3:30 to 6:30 PM at Crimson Chakra, Adyar. We will be teaching Apple Pie, Chocolate Tarts and Mushroom, Onion & Feta Tarts - It will be a mix of Sweet and Savory Pies. The salient features of this workshop and its utilities are as follows: - It is a 100% hands on class to make three different pies from scratch - We shall be a following a tried and tested scale-able recipe - Printed booklets will be given to all participants. - We shall be giving every participant a pie tin mold to take home and try what they have learnt at leisure. - We will be maintaining the class size in a limited manner so individual attention can be given to every one. - Post the session we have a Q&A session to clarify your doubts while we serve light refreshments. - Every participant shall get a course completion certificate - The session will be held in an Air Conditioned area and there is plenty of car park available Note: There will be usage of Eggs in this workshop. For those who want to do the pies without the egg we will be sharing recipe on the same.
